Before you ask
- It runs on Windows only. There is no macOS version.
- Download it from the official REFOX site, not from file sharing sites.
- The official FAQ and documentation answer the common questions about subscriptions, activation and login.

- Bitmap Support: installation, login, activation, finding a board, using a feature. Mark the answer that fixes it.
- Bitmap How-tos: guides from the team and experienced users.
- Bitmap Feature Requests: missing boards or models, and ideas. One idea per topic; vote for the ones you want.
- Bitmap Bug Reports: something is broken or a diagram looks wrong. Give the version, Windows version, board and steps.
Please don’t post
- Your password, activation code or account details. For payment and account problems, contact REFOX directly.
- Whole diagrams or exports from the software. A small crop to point at one part is fine. See the schematics rule.
- Requests for cracked versions or shared accounts. They’ll be removed.
