To get a useful answer
Use the “Machine or tool question” form and include:
- The exact model (for example FM45 or RF20, it’s on the label).
- The firmware or software version, if the machine has one.
- What you were doing: which device, which part, which settings (temperature, pressure, time, laser parameters).
- What went wrong, and a photo or short video of the result.
Settings that work on one machine, one OCA or one model don’t always transfer to another, so say exactly what you used.
Safety
Laser machines, heaters and pressure chambers can hurt you. Follow the safety instructions that came with the machine, use the fume extraction, and don’t defeat safety interlocks.
